South Peace Community Resources Society — Non-Profit Organization Enjoys Cost Savings With Custom VoIP Solution from net2phone Canada

With guidance from their outsourced IT Provider, SPCRS found net2phone Canada’s 1-1-1 non-profit program, which provides non-profit organizations and charities with enterprise-grade voice communications and Polycom devices at a significantly discounted rate.

Company

South Peace Community Resources Society (SPCRS) has been proudly serving residents of the Peace Liard Region for over 45 years. Since its inception in 1974, SPCRS has grown to operate 27 programs for struggling families, at-risk children and youth, adults with developmental disabilities, and victims of crime.

Goal

As a non-profit organization relying on government funding, SPCRS needed a reliable phone solution that would be both maintenance-free and cost-effective so that they could invest more resources into serving their community.

Situation

Phone-based communication is a critical component of the counselling and emergency services that SPCRS offers. Not only did they need a quality phone solution that clients could depend on, but they also needed a specific feature that would occasionally mask their phone number so that the SPCRS could not be identified when managing sensitive matters. With guidance from their outsourced IT Provider, SPCRS found net2phone Canada’s 1-1-1 non-profit program, which provides non-profit organizations and charities with enterprise-grade voice communications and Polycom devices at a significantly discounted rate.

Solution & Results

Contacting the former service provider was challenging as they were routed to a different representative who was unfamiliar with the SPCRS organization and their needs. When signing on with net2phone Canada, The SPCRS was paired with a dedicated Onboarding Specialist, who remained their sole point of contact throughout the provisioning process to ensure a seamless and cohesive transition. net2phone Canada worked with the SPCRS administrative team to identify a set of custom features that would help clients efficiently reach the necessary representative without compromising their security.

Through the net2phone Canada Channel Partner Program, SPCRS’ IT Provider was able to help facilitate the transition to net2phone Canada’s service. From assisting with the sales process, to setting up the hardware on-site, and serving as a resource to provide ongoing training, the team at SPCRS was able to continue with their day-to-day operations without facing any phone system-based disruptions or queries.

Why net2phone Canada?

Non-profit discounted pricing, seamless onboarding process, custom features

“When setting up the phone system with our former provider we received little direction. The process felt very disjointed. With net2phone Canada, it was great to be designated to one contact who was already familiar with our organization and could help us from beginning to end.”
